THE HOTSHOTTER CONSTITUTION

Preamble

Hotshotter was founded on the belief that transportation should be built upon transparency, fairness, accountability, and long-term public trust.

This Constitution establishes the principles that guide every decision we make.

These commitments exist to protect drivers, passengers, partners, employees, investors, and future leadership from short-term decisions that compromise our mission.

No amount of growth or profit should justify abandoning these principles.

Article I — Transparency

We will strive to explain pricing, driver compensation, platform policies, and major operational decisions in language people can understand.

Trust cannot exist where transparency is absent.

Article II — Driver Dignity

Drivers are independent professionals.

Every product, policy, and business decision should respect their time, work, and contribution to the transportation ecosystem.

Article III — Fairness

Every rider deserves pricing that reflects legitimate operating conditions rather than unnecessary complexity or manipulation.

Fairness strengthens trust.

Trust strengthens communities.

Article IV — Accountability

When we make mistakes, we will acknowledge them, learn from them, and improve our systems rather than conceal our failures.

Accountability is a strength—not a weakness.

Article V — Long-Term Stewardship

Hotshotter will prioritize sustainable trust over short-term financial gain.

We believe enduring institutions are built through consistency, integrity, and disciplined decision-making.

Article VI — Continuous Improvement

No constitution is perfect.

As transportation evolves, this document may be refined.

Its core purpose, however, shall remain unchanged:

To protect fairness, transparency, and public trust.

Amendment Process

This Constitution may evolve as transportation evolves.

However, every amendment must strengthen—not weaken—the founding principles of Hotshotter.

No amendment shall permit policies that intentionally reduce transparency, fairness, accountability, or the dignity of drivers and riders.

These principles exist to outlive any founder, executive, or investor.
